When the screw cold heading machine (heading machine) is shaping, the screw will suddenly break, but some people can't take out the broken screw well. In this case, Xiaobian has put forward better suggestions for you.
1. Firstly, remove the sludge on the surface of the broken screw and the broken head, use the central gun to kill the central gun of the section, and then use the electric drill to install a drill bit with a diameter of 6-8mm to drill at the central gun hole of the section. Note that the hole must be drilled through. After the hole is drilled through, remove the small drill bit, replace it with a drill bit with a diameter of 16mm, and continue to expand and drill through the broken bolt hole.
2. Take the welding rod with a diameter of less than 3.2mm and weld the broken bolt from inside to outside with medium and small current. Take half of the whole length of the broken bolt at the beginning of weld welding. When starting weld welding, do not strike the arc too long to avoid burning through the outer wall of the broken bolt. After weld welding to the upper end face of the broken bolt, continue to weld a cylinder with a diameter of 14-16mm and a height of 8-10mm.
3. After surfacing, hammer the end face with a hand hammer to make the broken bolt vibrate along its axis. Due to the heat generated by the previous arc and subsequent cooling, coupled with the vibration at this time, the thread between the broken bolt and the body will become loose.
4. After careful observation, when a small amount of rust is found to leak from the fracture after knocking, M18 nut can be sleeved on the surfacing column head and welded.
5. After welding, cover the nut with a ring wrench while it is hot, twist it left and right, or knock the end face of the nut with a small hammer while twisting it back and forth, so as to take out the broken bolt.
6. After taking out the broken bolt, process the screw thread in the frame with a suitable screw hammer to remove rust and other sundries in the hole.
